GAMMA Technologies today announced the full roll out of the GAMMA AR 7.x series, redefining mobile augmented reality for construction teams.
With a focus on increasing jobsite efficiency and quality, these updates offer real-time, on-site solutions to help minimize costly errors and delays.
Available now on both iOS and Android, the 7.x series include innovations that make complex BIM data more accessible to construction teams via any mobile device. These updates also introduce advanced features and improved multilingual support.

Optimizing Jobsite Efficiency with Advanced AR and BIM Integration
GAMMA AR 7.x enhances daily workflows with practical updates designed to streamline jobsite processes and model review.
A new Projectlist for faster navigation with smart folders and full text search, reducing the time it takes to access models for on-site inspection. The folder structure is also synchronized with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ensuring consistency between the office and field. The new 3D Viewer ⇄ AR switch enables teams to seamlessly transition between a full 3D model view and augmented reality on site.
Additionally, the introduction of Model Tags and Color Filters makes it easier to manage large models and spot discrepancies on site in real-time. Version 7.x also integrates advanced GNSS functionality, supporting Leica and Vigram ViDoc devices to tap into geospatial data for automatic positioning in outdoor infrastructure projects.
With version 7.4 adding Japanese and Chinese language packs, the platform now supports a broader global audience, further enhancing its value across the construction industry.
These updates drive productivity improvements, help reduce rework, and simplify issue documentation, making GAMMA AR an essential tool for construction teams.
