Shweta Saxena is CEO and co-founder of AI Gizmo, building agentic AI products for urban planning, energy compliance, and construction. Her previous venture, MachineMax, applied machine learning to heavy equipment on construction sites and was acquired in 2024.

Before founding, she held roles at BCG Digital Ventures, Dell, Lego, and Standard Chartered. She is a Non-Executive Board Member at EFQM and leads product strategy through IntelliCreate.ai.

Shweta describes herself first and foremost as a product person.
