We’re excited to be partnering with the Construction Innovation Hub once again at DCW this year.
Backed by Government, the Hub brings together founding partners BRE, Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) and the Centre for Digital Built Britain (CDBB) to collaborate with the Transforming Construction Challenge partners, along with over 300 organisations, industry bodies, policy-makers, practitioners, and academics.
Their mission is to develop solutions that will keep driving the transformation of the construction sector forward. The aim of which is to create a market with the capability and capacity needed to protect the future of the UK’s construction sector whilst meeting the increasingly complex needs of our infrastructure.

The Construction Innovation Hub Legacy
This year the Construction Innovation Hub will hand back many of their ground-breaking projects to the industry, including their work on the Platform Programme & Rulebook, Information Management Project and Value Toolkit.
The Hub will share their legacy and continuing research through a series of must-see presentations on our Main Stage. More details will be revealed soon.
Information Management
The Information Management project develops tools and guidance designed to support industry to adapt and thrive within an evolving digital landscape.
Information Management is the key to unlocking industry’s potential, providing the golden thread that enables transformation to evolve and improve our infrastructure.
We’re working with the Construction Innovation Hub to showcase their tools and guidance in a series of sessions at the show.
Platform Programme
The Hub’s Platform Programme is a collaboration of industry leaders, peers and Government to develop, prototype, test and demonstrate the fundamentals of a platform approach that encourages innovation within offsite construction and future-proofs industry.
We’ll have a series of sessions from the Hub related to the Platform Project at DCW this year. Plus, we’ll also have exclusive presentations on our Main Stage from Bryden Wood who will be showcasing their work on The Forge and their platform approach.
Partnering with Industry
We’re also partnering with the Government & Industry Interoperability Group (GIIG), UK BIM Framework, UK BIM Alliance and Building Smart to bring you the latest thinking in Information Management, with two brand new theatres. Watch this space for an exciting announcement on this coming soon.
