Design with Intangible Data
17 Oct 2019
In this session I will focus on how we have used data from various sources in our design workflows and augmented the process of optimisation and delivery of projects. Focusing on live vibration capture through accelerometers on one of our Towers in south London, to understand the response spectrum, people movement tracking, digital CFD modelling will be some of the aspects I will showcase through delivered projects. People will be able to appreciate the benefits of employing new technologies such as artificial vision and augmented reality, and how those have helped on real life projects such as Google London which we have delivered with with BIG and Heatherwick Studio, the Neuron , recently opened in London, the Vessel of Hudson Yards and many more.
