Planet Smart City: How smart housing can be made affordable

According to the UN, 1.6 billion people are currently living in inadequate, unsafe and overcrowded housing. During this session, Daniele Russolillo, COO & Deputy CEO of Planet Smart City, will discuss Planet’s commitment to addressing the housing crisis by showcasing how it creates and develops smart and sustainable housing at an affordable cost, delivering benefits for both the developer and customer. The session will also explore the importance of supply chain efficiency and the need to invest in worker training. Daniele will also showcase some examples of projects where Planet have switched from traditional construction methods and implemented digital solutions to optimise developments for greater efficiency savings. He will demonstrate how these methods can be replicated across markets to help relieve the global housing crisis and how smart 
solutions in our cities can continue to support sustainability and affordability in day to day life.
