The death of the project stage

Digital Built Environment
For years the built environment has sought to classify what it does, by material, process and project stage. These have been refined over the years to get closer and closer to being true to what they represent. Close, but not overlapping, correlating, but not causing. This presentation makes the case that the project stage as an institution is dead. To benefit from the opportunities that BIM and digital provide we need project teams whose relationship is less segmented and more holistic. If you want to know what the alternatives are, come along.
