I’m a consultant specialising in ‘sorting out’ building documentation archives and ‘fixing’ unruly modern O&Ms, and I’ll be using this session to talk through some mini case studies of the approaches I’ve taken to helping clients with documentation issues of varying sizes and complexities. I’ll be focusing on practical considerations, working with what you’ve got, scaleable solutions that aren’t software-specific, and generally giving you ideas on how to tackle your own particular documentation challenges.
