Can you tell us a bit about your background and the perspective you bring to this topic?
We’re co-founders of Global eTraining, with deep roots in the AEC industry—Susan with 17+ years of experience and an Executive MBA, and Holly with a background in learning innovation and strategic communications. Together, we’ve built training solutions used by global firms to close skills gaps, accelerate tech adoption, and future-proof their teams. We approach every topic from the intersection of education, innovation, and business performance.
In your view, what are the key trends currently shaping the architectural environment?
