Ann-Marie Fallon is a CEPH Designer, Co-Director at the Passivhaus Trust and Associate Director at Architype, and has recently led in the development of Architype’s third studio in Scotland. She has worked with many firsts in relation to Passivhaus in the UK, most recently the 1st Passivhaus primary school in Scotland (Riverside Primary School), but also projects such as the UK’s first commercial Passivhaus Plus office Bicester Eco Centre, and the UK’s first high-density residential development Agar Grove. Her interests also lie in retrofit and building fabric health, and she has led on Architype’s research and application of EnerPHit informed retrofit approaches to public sector estates.
