Mr Anthony is a geotechnical and geospatial professional with nearly four decades of public-sector experience in Hong Kong, spanning geotechnical studies, ground investigation, laboratory testing, and technology development. His expertise includes slope stability analysis, terrain evaluation, remote sensing, quality management, and digital transformation.

He has led the development of GIS and laser scanning applications for geotechnical studies, and is currently working in the Development Bureau, where he promotes the adoption of advanced site supervision technologies in construction, including the development of SmartEye.
