Asad joined BAM UK & Ireland a few years ago as a digital engineering apprentice, before becoming a Digital Project Solutions (DPS) apprentice. Upon completing that apprenticeship, he became a DPS trainee; successive promotions have taken him to DPS engineer.

His ambition is to identify inefficiencies, work with innovative technologies to address them, and eventually help drive meaningful change in how the industry operates.
