With 19 years of experience across a diverse range of industries including oil & gas, commercial, structural/fabrication, offshore, energy, petrochemical, water, nuclear and life sciences. I specialise in leading digital transformation and delivering innovative engineering solutions and tools. My career spans both project delivery and operational asset/facilities management environments, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the full asset lifecycle.

In my current role, I lead a multidisciplinary team of digital engineers, BIM specialists, and reality capture and survey professionals, ensuring high-quality digital delivery across complex engineering projects. I also serve as the facilitator for our Digital Engineering Talent Program – a development initiative focused on upskilling emerging engineers and transferring domain expertise to the next generation.

I drive the implementation of BIM practices and consultancy in alignment with ISO 19650, working closely with clients to integrate legacy 1D, 2D and 3D information into modern data-centric workflows and digital twin platforms. I have introduced new technology solutions, expanded 4D/5D capabilities, and significantly streamlined project delivery through improved digital methodologies.
