Casey Rutland is Royal HaskoningDHV’s UK Digital Director, responsible for driving forward the implementation of digital practices. Prior to joining the company, Casey spent four years leading Arup’s global architectural Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation within multi-disciplinary team projects. He has a wealth of understanding not only in the use of BIM but also the wider digital arena.
In addition to his professional role as an experienced architect, Casey is a passionate advocate for encouraging future generations of the industry. As such, he is heavily involved in school education as a STEM ambassador, is currently a postgraduate guest lecturer at Middlesex University and has lectured at the University of Westminster and the Bartlett in relation to the modern construction industry, digital communication and current trends and standards in BIM.
