Colin is the Digital Director at Kier Construction, where he leads the strategic transformation of digital, data and system governance across the business. With over two decades of experience in engineering, design, and digital technologies, Colin leads Kier’s commitment to consistency, simplification, innovation, and data-led decision-making.

Colin is responsible for leading the implementation of Kier’s Digital by Default strategy, which champions standardisation, automation, and integration across construction projects which underpins our naturally digital approach. He oversees digital construction, information management, business systems, and data and reporting functions, ensuring that digital tools are consistently adopted to improve safety, maintain high-quality, reduce waste, improve collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes.
