Dale co-founded the Movar brand with a simple conviction: that the right combination of people, data and technology could fundamentally change how complex programmes are delivered. He built that vision, grew it, and took it through to acquisition by the Reply Group, forming Movar Reply. That journey gave him something no MBA can teach – what it actually takes to build, scale and exit a business.

Today, as Partner at Movar Reply, Dale works with organisations across infrastructure, energy, utilities and the public sector to transform how they deliver. His focus is digital PMO, AI-enabled insights and data integration – not as technology projects, but as core delivery capability.

With an Executive MBA and over two decades in project controls and business transformation, Dale has led programmes where the stakes are high and the margin for error is low. He knows what good governance looks like, and what it costs when it breaks down.

Beyond delivery, Dale hosts the Project Chatter Podcast and the Gen AI Podcast, co-founded Project Connect Group, and speaks at industry events on the intersection of leadership, technology and project performance. As a Fellow of the Controls and Skills Authority, he is committed to raising standards across the profession and developing the next generation of leaders.
