Dean is a Chartered Engineer and a full member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers; he has an honours degree in energy engineering and is a registered Low Carbon Consultant for energy assessment and certification in the UK.

As a Board Director at Dome Consulting, Dean has led large and technically complex projects and his technical expertise has been vital in bringing together software technology best practice with commissioning expertise. With over 30 years’ experience in the field, Dean has delivered a wide range of projects in all sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, leisure, energy centres, data centres and airports.
