Specializing in Common Data Environment (CDE) architecture and ISO 19650 compliance, he has driven digital transformation across global megaprojects including the Ontario Line, High Speed 2, NEOM, and East West Rail. On the Ontario Line, Hamza spearheaded a complex backend rationalization of the ProjectWise database and delivered digital upskilling to over 2,000 users.
