Lindsie Bristow is Director of Business Development at NavVis, where she has built and scaled the company’s global BD organisation and strategy across both enterprise and SMB segments. Leading a team spanning Owner Operators, AEC, and Survey & Reality Capture, she has played a central role in bringing NavVis’ reality capture and intelligent spatial twin solutions into complex, large-scale environments across construction, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure.

Her work is closely focused on engineering firms, general contractors, and asset-intensive organisations grappling with a fundamental gap in construction visibility: the inability to verify, at speed and scale, whether what’s being built matches what was designed. That gap carries outsized consequences when the asset being built is mission-critical. She is particularly engaged in how continuous scanning is closing that gap, catching the small deviations and missing elements that image-based tools cannot detect, and enabling teams to move from periodic verification toward programmes that are fast, accurate, and defensible.
