Biography

Lizzie Terry is an architect at HawkinsBrown, where she has been working for five years on multi-disciplinary architectural projects while developing practice-wide computational design workflows. She co-leads computational design at HawkinsBrown, coordinating a multidisciplinary group of individuals exploring digital and computational design methods. The network focuses on applied research, internal hackathons and the integration of computational tools across live projects.

Lizzie completed her Part 2 at the University of Westminster, where her academic work centred on computational design methodologies, with a particular emphasis on visualising large-scale, climate-related datasets. Her research has been published in multiple publications, including in a journal for MIT, an interview feature for KooZarch and most recently, in the April 2026 issue of One Earth by Cell Press. She continues to engage with architectural education as a regular guest critic and contributor at the University of Westminster.
