Michael Neidow is Executive Vice President and Head of the Construction Software Business Unit at Hilti Group. Since 2024, he has led the company’s Construction Software business, advancing digital solutions for the global construction industry.

He joined Hilti in 2009 after starting his career at McKinsey & Company. Michael previously served as Head of the Tool Services Business Unit and has been a member of Hilti’s Executive Management Team since 2018.
