In 2014, Naoki founded Incubit Inc., driving innovation in AI-driven solutions. He later launched a surgical support AI startup, successfully leading its spin-out through an MBO. Additionally, he oversaw the sale of a subsidiary specialising in infrastructure inspection AI to a major publicly traded company. In 2023, Naoki founded Tektome, where he currently serves as president, continuing to push the boundaries of AI technology in the AEC industry.
