Through Operam Academy, Paul develops engaging learning resources designed to help teams build the capability and capacity required to manage information effectively – supporting his mission to make information management simple and accessible.

Paul also plays a prominent role in various government and industry-led initiatives, both in the UK and internationally, as well as in the development of national and international standards. He is one of the authors behind the internationally agreed standards for information management, ISO 19650.
