Having worked closely with project teams, asset owners, and delivery partners, Phil has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced on-site, particularly the growing complexity of digital tools and fragmented data.

Today, Phil focuses on helping organisations simplify their technology ecosystems, reduce duplication, and unlock greater value from their digital investments. His work centres on aligning teams, processes, and platforms around an Asset Owner’s Common Data Environment (CDE), enabling better collaboration, clearer data ownership, and more effective decision-making across the asset lifecycle.
