Steven has been with Laing O’Rourke for 18 years, working in a variety of roles across the business. He began as a Civil Engineer on large-scale infrastructure projects before transitioning into the Digital function. Today, he is part of the Digital Enablement team, where his focus is on improving digital adoption and literacy across the organisation.
